Jesse and team are the epitome of fairness and exemplary customer service. Recommended by Advance Auto down the street, Jesse, et.al. looked at my 2015 Buick Encore to remedy a fan-related issue—the fan sometimes continues to run after the engine shuts off. Although unable to find an exact cause, the professionalism I experienced is noteworthy and refreshing. Thank you, Jesse. You made my day!

I wish I had gotten that guys name. He was so nice and helpful. Made no issues about paying cash and just worked it all out real fast. I was listening to the other guy working with an old woman next to me and he was just as kind and patient. Great experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE there today.

Totally impressed with Ray and Express Oil. I needed to take my company's truck in for an oil change/top off of fluids/tire pressure check/wiper blades. I had a fantastic experience and cannot recommend them enough. Ray provided top-notch service that was both incredibly fast and thorough. I was able to stay in my car the whole time (15 mins), and the entire process was efficient and professional. He also didn't try to upsell me on several items just completed the service I requested - What a concept! They are priced well and I redeemed an online coupon. If you are looking for honest, quick, and high-quality service, go see Ray. I will definitely be returning to get my personal car serviced!

I’ve been a customer of Express Oil Change for years and have always been happy with the experience/service I’ve received. On Wednesday afternoon I stopped by for a routine oil change only to find out I had a cracked radiator. The guys worked quickly to provide me with an estimate - it was quite reasonable I’d like to add. I had a super busy weekend with kid actives. They worked so hard to make sure I had my car back by Friday afternoon - even after I added new breaks and a valve change to my order. I could not ask for a better repair shop experience - fair prices and great customer service.
